I am an Advanced Craniosacral Therapist who works with people as well as animals. I have been drawn to nature, animals and Native American spirituality throughout my life and make Native drums and flutes in my spare time. I also have a tipi that I made myself and use for treatments when the weather allows.

Music is a big part of my life and I play several instruments, incl. guitar, upright bass and ukulele. My other hobby for many years has been running long distances, especially on trails.

Dogs and horses have always been my favourite animals, and in 2001 I started practicing Equine and Canine Healing Touch. Around the same time I was introduced to Energy Healing through a meditation group. Shortly thereafter I first learned about Craniosacral Therapy when I was working at stable where I witnessed CST treatments with horses by an osteopath. The results spoke for themselves and the positive response of the horses was stunning.

After experiencing CST and its amazing results on my own body several times I was hooked and it has become my passion ever since. I have been studying with the Upledger Institute extensively and practicing Craniosacral Therapy since 2010 and completed both levels of certification.

To expand my skills I completed my Diploma in Osteopathic Manual Practice (DOMP) in 2019 and am now integrating osteopathic techniques into my treatments when called for. Treating the whole person, incl. body, mind and spirit, is essential in the work I do.
I love working with concussions and brain injuries, as well as the immune system, the digestive system and acupuncture meridians.
Through mouthwork I can help with TMJ problems and any dental work, trauma or injury-related problems inside the mouth, as well as migraines. Pregnant women and babies with birth trauma can also benefit from my treatments.
Working with animals is my other passion. If your horse or dog has had a traumatic experience or an injury I may be able to help. In many cases treating both the animal and the owner is very beneficial.
I am constantly furthering my knowledge and improving my skills by taking more courses, volunteering as a teaching assistant for CST and by being a Presenter for a 1-day CST introduction class.
I believe that in order to be fully present and able to help others to my best ability I need to have as little of my own baggage as possible, therefore working on my own “stuff” and getting treated myself is a necessity, this is a continuous journey....
