Booking Services and Cancellation Policy

We would like to stress the impact of no-call, no-show appointments on our practice. Missing appointments disrupts our work schedule, affects other clients on the waitlist, and hinders our ability to provide quality care and maintain financial stability. Kindly honor scheduled appointments or give advance notice for rescheduling to accommodate all clients effectively. Our Cancellation policy:

• No charge for cancellations over 24 hours prior to the session;

• Cancellations within 1- 24 hours of appointment time billed at 50%- 100% of the session price depending on the therapist;

• No call-no show appointments will be billed at full price. These charges are not billable to insurance.

In the event that an insurance claim was submitted and subsequentially denied, the portion billed to insurance will be added to your account, and you will be notified of this change. All insurance questions must be done by contacting your insurance carrier directly as we are prohibited by law to make any inquires on your behalf. In the event this happens the therapy session will still be billed at the full treatment length of time.

• Refrain from using any electronic devices that may disrupt the peaceful atmosphere.

• Communicate openly and honestly with your therapist about your needs and preferences.

• Follow all instructions provided by your therapist for a safe and effective therapy session.

• Notify us in advance of any changes to your health status or if you are feeling unwell before your appointment.
